  • 1 tablespoon chopped recent sage leaves
  • 2 teaspoons chopped recent thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, overwhelmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon overwhelmed crimson pepper flakes, not obligatory
