SLOW COOKER PORK CHOP STROGANOFF – RecipeMafias.com


Elements

4 huge bone-in rib red meat chops
1 tbs butter
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope red meat gravy combine
½ cup water
⅓ cup bitter cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the soup and the gravy combine in a small bowl. Upload to the gradual cooker. Upload mushrooms on best of soup combination.
  2. Brown red meat chops in butter in a big skillet. Switch to gradual cooker after browning, putting on best of soup/mushrooms
  3. Deglaze the skillet with the ½ cup water; pour over red meat chops in gradual cooker.
  4. Quilt and prepare dinner on low 6-8 hours. Take away red meat chops to serving platter. Combine within the ⅓ cup bitter cream, blending till easy. Serve sauce on best of chops.
